In the summer of 2008 CDC implemented methodological changes to the PES, the tool used by CDC to allocate vaccine funding to grantees. AIM conducted a survey to explore the impact of the PES changes. Data was utilized by the AIM Finance Committee to communicate concerns to CDC regarding the impact of changes to the PES on grantee funding awards.
